Back to it for 2007

This year I am going to:-
Get to my goal weight of 75kg
Increase my exercise
Buy new clothes (14's-12's)
Have fun
Enjoy the new happier fit new me:)

After having 6 weeks off my exercise and food plan, I am now ready for the new year and the new me. I feel so much better for the 32kg I have lost and look forward to losing the next 32kg.
I now know I CAN do it.
ABFAB is going to be a Blast and I am looking forward to meeting all the lovely people from the ww boards. I am taking my family as we are going to have a fun filled weekend doing the theme parks etc, so will be a good trip.

Over the Chistmas break I made myself a poster with before and after pic's on, I will try and add it to my blogg, it is a good reminder of how far I have come.
