FEELING GOOD!
Today I went for my usual morning walk and changed my route and just kept going, when I got home I got straight in my car and drove the same route, it was 6 km....It took me one hour to walk it.
I am joining a Gym next week and going to try and speed up my weight loss....
My new motivation now is Robbie Williams coming to Perth !! YAY!
I have lost 13.8kg now and feel so much better for it, Got a new bike seat for my bike on mothers day so am going to try and start riding 3 times a week, will keep you posted on how I go.
