I hunted on the net and in the papers etc for success stories to get me going. During that week I decided that I was going to succeed this time after many years of being a yo-yo dieter.
When I stood on the scales I had lost 2.8 kilos and was thrilled.

This is my first 13 weeks on the program.
In the first week, I did not do any Exercise, then in the second week, I started walking for 20 minutes four mornings a week, I am now walking 45 mins 5 days a week.
I had an ankle injury during week ten and could not do my walk so after my slight gain, I borrowed an exercise bike to make sure I did not gain the following week.
