41kg Gone for Good!!

Last Tuesday, I had a really good loss and hit a all time high for me of 41kg, (6 stone) and I am still in shock, I have been on weight loss plans for most of my life and the most I have even lost at any one time is about 15kg - Just over 2 stone(I still work in stone as well as kilo's being from the UK) so for me to get to 41kg was amazing, the journey has been long and very hard at times but well worth it and I know I will get to goal now, My Personal goal is to gt to 75kg. When I first started this journey my Husband (Nick) offered and agreed to pay me $20 for very Kilo I lost but he would not pay out until I got to 80kg, I am currenty 96.5kg and am hoping to be under 80 by chistmas so I can buy a new wardobe :)

During this journey, I have been buying myself charms as a reward for every 3kg lost and then When I got to a big number I would add that number, so I have charms with 18, 21, 25 and 40 on them, I am looking forward to getting my 50 charm.

My advice to anyone with large numbers to loose is to break it up into small amounts and work on each one and then reward yourself, If I an do this you can.

I am so thrilled to wearing a size 16/18 and love going riding on my bike with Nick and the two girls.

My next goal will be for me to be at goal by 7th March 08 for the ABFAB weekend in perth, Bikinidreamer and I will be organising that soon, will be great to catch up with you all then.
